Comedy & Everything Else ep. #151 Laurie Kilmartin

Comedy and Everything Else Episode 151

This Week:  Writer for Conan Obrien, her CD chosen Top 10 2009, Finalist Last Comic Standing, it’s Laurie Kilmartin!

Each week Jimmy Dore, Stefane Zamorano and guests get together to talk about comedy, and everything else on their minds.

If you’re new to this podcast, welcome to the party! We’ve had many interesting and well-known guests on the show, and there’s bound to be something thought-provoking in each episode.

“Bi-Sexual??” Haha. If you guys don’t get me laid, I fucking give up.

I voted for you, Laurie Kilmartin! Then after you were out I voted for Myq Kaplan…

I still find it hard to believe that female comedians don’t find more “groupies”…but I find it easy to believe that most of the attracted male fans are about as unexciting visually as I am (at least usually), so are easy to overlook/discount…but, hey, I know a few cute lesbian (and/or bi) comedy fans, perhaps they should come across with some digits…or email addresses…

And I’m glad Gilmartin shares my skepticism that a middle-aged man, at least one who’s actually thinking as opposed to leading with his gonads and mid-life terror, would be actually Fooled by even a calculating teenager…

A very good show.

Great show! Jimmy, why is it inappropriate to ask a comedian what their comedy is about?

This was a great episode. I know the professional comedians tend not to like Last Comic Standing and/or Comics Unleashed, but I have found my favorite comics on those 2 shows, and I do go to comedy clubs and vote for my favorites!
